- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. Habitual tardiness will result in progressive disciplinary action, which may include written warnings and potential termination.
- All employees must use the biometric or card swipe system to log their check-in and check-out times to ensure accurate tracking of working hours.
- Any deviations from standard working hours must be communicated to and approved by the employee's supervisor in advance.

- Overtime Compensation:
- Extra working hours will be compensated in accordance with UAE labor law, based on the employee's salary.
- Compensation is calculated as follows:

- Fixed Salary: 10,000 AED per month
- Daily Rate: 10,000 AED ÷ 30 days = 333.33 AED per day
- Hourly Rate: 333.33 AED ÷ 9 hours = 37 AED per hour
This ensures transparency in working hours and compensation while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

1. Annual Leave:- Employees are entitled to 30 days of paid annual leave per year.
- Leave requests should ideally be submitted at least one month in advance and must receive supervisor approval. In cases of urgent or unforeseen circumstances, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management discretion.
- Personal or Family-Related Absences: Any absences due to personal or family matters will be deducted from the employee’s annual leave balance, reducing the total available leave. If the annual leave balance is exhausted, any additional absences may be treated as unpaid leave, subject to management approval. Employees must notify their supervisor as soon as possible regarding such absences and provide necessary details for approval.
- Employees are entitled to 15 days of paid sick leave per year, as per UAE labor laws.
- A medical certificate is required for absences exceeding two consecutive days. If an employee exceeds 15 days it gets deducted from the salary.
- Maternity and paternity leave are granted according to UAE labor laws.
- Employees must notify their supervisor at least three months before the expected date of childbirth.
- Requests for urgent or emergency leave will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
- Such leave is typically unpaid, but exceptions may be granted depending on the situation and at the discretion of management.
